Welcome back to the Collective. This past week was one of the most insane weeks of our lives. We met two (!) billionaires, featuring both at events at Pace University and New York University, respectively.
We’re going to spend this week and next week’s newsletters highlighting our team’s efforts behind each event.
Today, we’ll recap Monday’s event featuring Daniel Lubetzky. Daniel is the Founder of KIND Snacks, which was acquired by Mars for $5B in 2020, and the newest full-time judge on ABC’s Shark Tank. In replacing Mark Cuban, he has become the wealthiest Shark Tank judge on their full-time panel.

Despite his massive business success, Daniel spent Monday evening highlighting his Builders Movement, a nationwide initiative that has a mission that reaches far beyond the realm of business. The Builders movement seeks to replace the “us versus them” mentality that is currently prevalent throughout American life.
This newsletter offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at:
how we prepared for an event featuring someone consistently in the public eye;
the logistics and considerations unique to high-profile guests;
the level of detail needed to ensure that a live event can live forever online and thus continuously add value to the hosts, sponsors, and speakers through the publishing of video, audio, and social content from the event; and
how stories of entrepreneurial leadership can seamlessly intersect with social impact initiatives.
We founded Coeus Collective specifically to tell stories that go beyond typical founder narratives. In showing how building KIND Bars connects to the creation of a nationwide social impact movement, the story of Daniel's event perfectly exemplifies how we’ve created a formula for success in founder storytelling at the highest level of reach.
Ok, ready? Let's get to it.

Background
For context, we wanted to start by outlining all of the distinct steps taken by our team to make this event a reality:
Coordinated with Daniel Lubetzky's team and Pace University's The Front Yard entrepreneurship program;
Secured University President Marvin Krislov as event moderator;
Created a custom biographical intro video highlighting Daniel's personal story;
Provided Coeus Collective branded notebooks to all attendees;
Implemented professional 4K multi-camera recording setup;
Facilitated open audience Q&A for direct engagement; and
Currently producing multi-format audio and visual content including clips for social media, website, YouTube, and podcast distribution.
So, this event took a lot to pull off. Here’s how we made it happen!
